Deposits

Deposits are required for booking your appointment. They are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule.

Guest Policy

No guests are allowed unless being serviced. No children please.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is nonrefundable but may be transferred if a cancellation is required.

Cancellation of appointment must be done 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.You will be charged 50% fee for late cancellations.

Late Policy

There will be a $10 late fee after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. If after 30 minutes you have not arrived to your appointment, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% for no show fee.

 


 

Physical Product Policies
 
Due to the nature of our products, all product sales are final and once purchased cannot be returned or refunded. If an item is found damaged or defective upon receipt, we will work with you,
 

To request an exchange for a defective physical product, you must contact us. Email [email protected] within 24-72 hours of finding the product as defective. Please include your name, phone number, order number, item, pictures and purchase date in the email. We will work with you.

 


 

Shipping
 

BeBe On The Beat, LLC ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The normal processing time for Prepackaged products and Ready To Ship orders is 24-72 hours during business days (Monday – Friday) OR 7-14 business days for Custom Press On Nails and sets that are NOT labeled Ready To Ship. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. BeBe On The Beat, LLC is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, UPS & USPS, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed.
